Suncoaster HomeCare is a professional property management company established on the coast for over 25 years and based in Calahonda, Mijas Costa, at the heart of the western Costa del Sol.
From our new Group offices we cover the coast from Fuengirola to Marbella offering the complete range of property management services for overseas property owners.
We have many hundreds of current and previous property owners who have entrusted us with caring for their holiday homes and ensuring a home from home experience for themselves, friends and family.

SUNCOASTER GROUP are proud to be corporate Members of AVVA – the Associacion de Viviendas Turisticas de Andalucia.
AVVA is a non-profit association dedicated to representing Property Management Companies, Holiday Rental Marketing Platforms and associated Service Suppliers operating under Official Regulatory Control in the holiday rental sector in Andalucia.
Currently AVVA are working to develop an “AVVA Quality Certification” that guarantees holiday rental travellers that tourist homes offered by AVVA Member Companies meet all quality and safety standards required by Government Legislation.
AVVA is also a Member of FEVITUR ( the National Association of Tourist Accommodation Associations ) and also of CEA and Costa del Sol Tourism Malaga – all associations representing the interests of accommodation providers and promoting quality for guests in the Holidays Rentals sector – internationally, nationally, regionally and locally.
